Deposit Policy

We will authorize your credit card to guarantee your reservation. Your credit card will not be charged when you make a reservation. Valid ID is required at check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid penalty of one night’s room and tax. No Shows on reservations will be charged at one night room and tax. Group Reservations: Cancellation policy will apply per contracted terms.

Pet Policy

America’s Best Value Inn and Suites – Anaheim does not allow pets.

Parking

One car per room is free. If need extra parking there will be charge.

No Smoking

We are a non-smoking hotel in its entirety. You will be charged a $250 cleaning fee if evidence is found of smoking in your room.
